Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK)

The Kurdistan Communities Union (Koma Civakên Kurdistanê, KCK) is an umbrella organization of various democratic confederalist Kurdish parties in Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran, through which the project of building democracy against the state is coordinated across international borders in the region. The ISE maintains ongoing lines of contact with the KCK. KCK spokespeople often frequently publish reports, interviews, and statements about the democratic struggle in Kurdistan.
